That was a couple of years ago, Wilko - you may want to do some research first on this company as some folks recently have had not so good dealings with this company.

Can you not set up your own management, we do on our complex and really works well. It cuts down hefty mgt costs, and our complex is beautifully kept, spotless and clean.

That is what being sorted at mo do we set up our own or go with another company.are you in altkinkum .

Yes - it does have to be done legally, and there are rules to follow. A guy on our complex sorted it all out, (we are eternally grateful to him!!). Over the next week or so I will try and find out exactly what he had to do and pm you the details.

It also helps if you know a really good turkish business person/friend who can help you find staff to do for eg security or pool cleaning.

There is absolutely no doubt that it is best if you are able to manage the site yourselves. It gives you control and if done properly it should reduce your fees significantly. It is also the best way of ensuring that costs are reduced to what is actually incurred. However you will need to have a management board comprised of owners who have the integrity, willingness, time, skills and the personality traits necessary to do the job required.
I agree with the previous poster who suggested having a trusted Turkish intermediary. It would be even better if that Turkish intermediary was also a Turkish owner on your site.

Yes, this seems to be the 'kicker' - as he/she will ensure everything runs smooth - costs kept low etc.

All the best, Jim.
